The following Laws were adopted with the proposals of the President of Ukraine:

1. On Amendments to Clause 32 of the Law "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets" (re Regulation of Exchange and Storage of Information under the International Cooperation in the Sector of Financial Services Market Regulation);
2. On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Capital of Ukraine - Hero City Kyiv" (re Establishment of District Councils);

4. On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Preventing the Impact of the Global Financial Crisis on the Development of Construction Sector and Housing Construction" (re Prolongation of Housing Construction Support);
5. On Amendments to the Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Placement of Children into the Reception Centers;
6. On Discharge of Arrears of Enterprises of Strategic Importance and Coal-Mining Enterprises to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and Restoration of Pension Rights of their Employees;
7. On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Factoring;
8. On Amendments t certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Bill Circulation;
9. On Amendments to Clause 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (re Establishment of Awards and Scholarships for Singular Achievements in some Areas of Public Activities);
10. On Amendments to Clause 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (re Induction of the Citizens Liable for Military Service to the Trainings);
11. On Invalidation of the Law "On Industrial-Financial Groups in Ukraine" and on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine.
The following Resolutions were adopted:
1. On the Agenda of the Seventh Session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation;
2. On the Report of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Implementation of the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of July 8, 2010 "On the Nation-Wide Discussion of the Draft Tax Code of Ukraine", and on Invalidation of several Resolutions of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Draft Tax Code of Ukraine;
3. On conferring an Annual Award of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Educationalists of Comprehensive, Vocational, Pre-School and Out-Of-School Education Establishments.
Several resolutions on appointment and dismissal of judges were adopted.
Several bills were adopted as a basis, returned for repeated scrutiny, rejected, and withdrawn.
